High Angle and Confined Space Rescue

Prepare, practise and demonstrate competence

Eleven modules cover rescue planning, hazard controls, equipment, ropes and anchors, mechanical advantage, patient packaging, confined-space retrieval and integrated rescue operations.

Admitted participants receive the full learning materials, graphical workshops, required assessments and a progress dashboard.

Course completion requires online assessments, a final written examination and satisfactory supervised practical competencies. Instructor verification and administrative approval are required before a two-year RISE certificate can be issued.
